TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Please read carefully. These Terms include a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver in Section 21, which affect how disputes are resolved. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days, as explained there. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 now. This service is not for emergencies.
1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, app and online store (the "Service"), and any purchase you make through it. By creating an account, completing a medical questionnaire, placing an order, or checking the box at checkout, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the Telehealth Consent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
In these Terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean FIREBIRD Method, the company that operates the Service. "You" means the person using the Service. You can reach customer support at support@firebirdmethod.com or 704-312-2111.
2. WHO PROVIDES WHAT
We provide the online store and customer experience; independent licensed medical providers decide whether treatment is right for you, and licensed pharmacies fill any prescription.
- FIREBIRD Method (us): Operate the store, manage your account and orders, and provide customer support.
- Medical Providers: Independent physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, affiliated with an independent medical group, who review your health information and decide whether to prescribe.
- Pharmacies: Licensed pharmacies, including compounding pharmacies, that prepare and ship any medication prescribed to you.
- Technology and payment partners: Third parties that host the Service and process payments on our behalf.
We are not a medical provider. We do not practice medicine, give medical advice or dispense medication. Medical care is provided solely by the Medical Providers, who exercise their own independent professional judgment. Your relationship with a Medical Provider is a separate provider–patient relationship.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be physically located in a U.S. state where the Service is available at the time of your consultation, and give us your accurate location.
- Provide true, complete and current information about yourself, including your identity and medical history.
- Use the Service only for yourself. You may not create an account, complete a questionnaire or order medication for anyone else.
We may ask you to verify your identity, and we may refuse or end service if we cannot.
4. NOT FOR EMERGENCIES
The Service is not for urgent or emergency care. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in emotional distress or having thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Do not use the Service, email or chat to report an emergency.
5. TELEHEALTH SERVICES
Telehealth lets a Medical Provider evaluate you remotely, but it has limits, and a prescription is never guaranteed.
How it works. You complete an online health questionnaire and may be asked for photos, lab results or a live video or phone visit. A Medical Provider reviews your information, either in real time or later (asynchronously), and decides whether a treatment is medically appropriate.
No guarantee of a prescription. Payment does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription or any particular medication, dose or result. A Medical Provider may decline to treat you, ask for more information, recommend an in-person visit or refer you elsewhere.
Limits of telehealth. A Medical Provider cannot physically examine you, and some conditions cannot be safely assessed remotely. Telehealth does not replace your primary care provider. We encourage you to tell your primary care provider about any treatment you receive through the Service.
Your consent. By using the Service, you consent to receive care through telehealth, as described further in the Telehealth Consent.
6. YOUR HEALTH RESPONSIBILITIES
Your safety depends on the accuracy of what you tell your Medical Provider. You agree to:
- Answer every question truthfully and completely, including all medications, supplements, allergies, conditions and pregnancy status.
- Tell your Medical Provider promptly if your health, medications or circumstances change.
- Read the information that comes with your medication and follow your Medical Provider's instructions.
- Contact your Medical Provider about side effects, and seek emergency care for any serious reaction.
- Not share, sell or give your medication to anyone else.
Providing false or incomplete information can cause serious harm and may lead us to end your access to the Service.
7. MEDICATIONS, INCLUDING COMPOUNDED MEDICATIONS
Some medications offered through the Service may be compounded medications, which are not FDA-approved.
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient on a Medical Provider's prescription. They are not reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety, effectiveness or quality, and they are not the same as brand-name drugs. A Medical Provider prescribes a compounded medication only when they decide it is appropriate for you.
Results vary. Any results described on the Service are not typical or guaranteed. How you respond depends on your health, how you follow your treatment plan and other factors.
Side effects. All medications can cause side effects. Your Medical Provider and the pharmacy will give you information about the risks of your treatment. Ask questions before starting.
8. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT
You pay the price shown at checkout, and the Service is self-pay: we do not bill your health insurance.
- Prices. Prices for consultations, medications and programs are shown before you buy. Prices may change, but a change does not affect an order you have already placed or a subscription period you have already paid for.
- Consultation fee. Each order includes a $30 consultation fee, which covers the processing and medical review of your information. This fee is non-refundable once your order is placed (see Section 11).
- Payment. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your chosen payment method for your order. Payments may be processed by a third party and may appear on your statement under a different name from the one shown on the Service.
- Insurance. We do not accept or bill insurance. You may be able to use an HSA or FSA card; check with your plan administrator. We do not guarantee eligibility for reimbursement.
- Taxes. Prices may include or be subject to applicable taxes.
9. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
If you choose a subscription, it renews and charges you automatically until you cancel.
- What renews. Your subscription renews at the interval and price shown at checkout, unless we notify you of a change in advance. Your first renewal date is shown at checkout and in your account.
- Prescription required. Medication is shipped on renewal only if you have a valid, current prescription. Your Medical Provider may require a follow-up check-in before renewing your prescription.
- How to cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support at support@firebirdmethod.com or 704-312-2111. Cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
- After you cancel. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not refund charges for orders already placed or medication already prepared or shipped.
- Reminders. Where required by law, we will send you a reminder before a renewal, and we will notify you of any material change to your subscription terms.
10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Medications are shipped by licensed pharmacies to the address you provide, within the U.S. states where the Service is available.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Some medications must be refrigerated. Please store them as instructed as soon as they arrive.
- You are responsible for giving a correct address and being available to receive temperature-sensitive deliveries.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive, contact us at support@firebirdmethod.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the pharmacy to resolve it.
11. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
The $30 consultation fee is non-refundable in every case once your order is placed. Because prescription medications are prepared for you individually, they generally cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed.
- You cancel before a Medical Provider reviews your information: Refund of all charges except the $30 non-refundable consultation fee.
- A Medical Provider reviews your information and decides not to prescribe: Refund of all charges except the $30 non-refundable consultation fee.
- You cancel after a prescription is issued but before the pharmacy prepares it: Refund of medication charges, where the pharmacy can still cancel the order. The $30 consultation fee is non-refundable.
- Medication has been prepared or shipped: No returns or refunds, as required by pharmacy law and for your safety.
- You received the wrong medication, or it arrived damaged: Contact us at support@firebirdmethod.com within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or a refund of the medication charges.
- You did not like the medication or did not get the results you hoped for: Not eligible for a refund. Speak with your Medical Provider about other options.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Before disputing a charge, please contact us. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly by contacting customer support at support@firebirdmethod.com or 704-312-2111.
12. PRIVACY & YOUR HEALTH INFORMATION
Your health information is protected, and we use it only to provide and support your care.
- Health information. Information you share with Medical Providers is protected health information under HIPAA. How it is used and shared is explained in the Notice of Privacy Practices provided by the medical group.
- Other personal information. How we collect and use other information, such as your contact details and how you use our website, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
- Sharing for your care. You authorize us to share your information with Medical Providers, pharmacies and service providers as needed to deliver your care, process your orders and payments, and comply with law.
- We do not sell your health information.
13. COMMUNICATIONS
By creating an account, you agree to receive messages from us, your Medical Providers and pharmacies about your account, orders, prescriptions and care. These may be sent by email, text message or through the Service.
Text messages. If you provide your mobile number, you agree to receive texts about your care and orders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of texts may delay important updates about your treatment.
Marketing. We will send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Your consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase.
Electronic records. You agree that we can provide notices, disclosures and records to you electronically.
14. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
- Use a strong password and do not share it.
- Tell customer support at support@firebirdmethod.com immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- Keep your contact details, shipping address and payment information up to date.
15. ACCEPTABLE USE
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading or someone else's information.
- Obtain medication for anyone other than yourself, or resell or share medication.
- Use the Service if you are under 18 or outside an eligible state.
- Try to pressure, mislead or abuse Medical Providers or our staff.
- Interfere with, copy, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these rules.
16. INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Articles, product descriptions, FAQs and other general content on the Service are for information only. They are not medical advice and do not replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Medical advice comes only from your Medical Provider, based on your individual health information.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its content, including text, graphics, logos and software, belong to FIREBIRD Method or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create works from it without our written permission.
18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service relies on third parties, including Medical Providers, pharmacies, shipping carriers, and technology and payment providers. Each is responsible for its own services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
19. DISCLAIMERS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We do not provide medical care and are not responsible for the medical judgment of Medical Providers or the dispensing of medications by pharmacies. Nothing in these Terms limits the professional obligations Medical Providers and pharmacies owe you under law.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us. If not, disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration, not in court.
1. Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to email support@firebirdmethod.com with a description of your concern, and to give us 60 days to try to resolve it.
2. Binding arbitration. Any dispute between you and FIREBIRD Method relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may be held by video, phone or in the county where you live. We will pay any filing and arbitrator fees above what you would pay to file in court, as the AAA rules require.
3. Class action waiver. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.
4. Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, or seek an injunction in court to protect intellectual property.
5. Opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@firebirdmethod.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name and a statement that you opt out of arbitration.
6. Medical claims. This Section does not cover claims against Medical Providers about the medical care they provided, which are governed by the law that applies to that care.
This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which you reside.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before the change.
23. ENDING YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
You may close your account at any time by contacting us, after cancelling any active subscription. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, provide false information, or if we can no longer offer the Service in your state. Closing your account does not affect medical records, which Medical Providers must keep as required by law, or any amounts you already owe.
24. GENERAL TERMS
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Telehealth Consent are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a business sale.
- Contact. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@firebirdmethod.com or 704-312-2111.

Medical and prescription records are kept for the period required by state and federal law, typically at least 6 to 10 years.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls limited to people who need the information, and security monitoring.
No system is completely secure. Please protect your account by using a strong, unique password and keeping your login details private. If we become aware of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
The Service is only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has given us information, please contact customer support.
The Service is intended for people located in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States.
